Is it safe to buy through this website?

- Yes, first of all because you don't need to write any payment or sensitive personal information in this website (you will be redirected to the Paypal or the Stripe website for that) and second because this website has an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, like you can see from the domain address (https).

 

Will I need to put any of my personal information in this website?

- The ONLY personal information, that we need you to enter in our website is your name and your address. We obviously need this information from you, so we can ship your order. But our website does not request or store any of your other personal information, because we don't need it and we have no use from it.

 

Will I need to put any of my payment details in this website?

No, you do not need to enter any of your payment details (Paypal ID or credit card number, etc.) in our website. When making your order, you need to pay for it, so it can be finalized and recorded in our system. However, after filling your shipping details (name and address), you will be redirected to the Paypal or the Stripe website for your payment and there you can safely enter your payment details. So our website does not store any of your payment details or information.

 

What payment methods can be used here?

- Here you can pay via Paypal or you can pay with your credit or debit card. Paypal offers a great level of protection for buyers, so you can have a great piece of mind and can buy with confidence. If you don't want to use Paypal, you can also pay with your credit or debit card for your order.

 

Why is the price in USD and GBP constantly changing every day?

- Because the main currency in this website is EURO (we are located in the EU). That is why the price in EURO never changes. The USD and GBP prices are changing, because the rates between them and the Euro are also changing every day.

 

Why have I never received an email about my shipment?

- We always send an email with the number of the package and some instructional videos about the applying process within 1 hour after the package has been sent. If you haven't received such email in your INBOX, maybe it has gone in your SPAM folder. Unfortunately many times even regular and legitimate emails go there.

 

Are these decals genuine?

- No, these decals are an aftermarket alternative of the genuine decals. We use the trademark logos of all 4 brands under license, but these decals are not manufactured by the brands themselves.

 

Can these decals be clear coated?

- Yes, if they are applied correctly, so no clear coat gets under them, then yes - they can be clear coated without problem.

 

I am looking for a sticker set for my bike, but I don't see it listed in the website. Is it available?

- We have listed everything we offer at the moment, so if you don't see what you are looking for, we probably don't have it. But we may have it in the near future.

 

I want one of the sets available, but I want it in custom colors. Is that possible?

- In every brand category you will find a "Custom color sets and universal kits" section. See there first. If you don't find what you need there, you can contact us.

 

I am waiting 10 days for my package and it still hasn't arrived. What is going on?

- Have you read the "SHIPPING" section in the website? The shipping period for all European countries is 10-20 days and for the rest of the world it is 15-30 days. Please remember, that the shipping process is something, that we can not control in any way.

 

How close are the stickers in this website, compared to the OEM ones?

- Please take a good look to our MAIN section for a detailed description of our products. The decals in this website are top quality, but they can never be absolutely identical to the OEM decals. There are always some minor differences. If you want OEM quality, better buy OEM decals. But what we guarantee, is that our decals are the best from all the aftermarket ones, that you will find anywhere. Please take a look to our "GALLERY" section and you will see that for yourself.

 

I have received the number of my package, but where can I track it?

- All of our packages are sent via Deutsche Post (German Post), so in most (BUT NOT ALL) countries, they can be tracked. However, sending date and arrival date can be seen in all cases.

 

I have found the decals I need, but I need only a couple decals, rather than a full set. Is that possible?

- Yes, if the set is big, we can part it, but to avoid any misunderstanding, you must email us a picture of the EXACT decals you need. But remember – the best price is always for a full set. And if a full set costs 50 Euro, half a set for sure will be more than 25 Euro.
