Why is the price in USD and GBP constantly changing every day?

- Because the main currency in this website is EURO (we are located in the EU). That is why the price in EURO never changes. The USD and GBP prices are changing, because the rates between them and the Euro are also changing every day.

Why have I never received an email about my shipment?

- We always send an email with the number of the package and some instructional videos about the applying process within 1 hour after the package has been sent. If you haven't received such email in your INBOX, maybe it has gone in your SPAM folder. Unfortunately many times even regular and legitimate emails go there.

Are these decals genuine?

- No, these decals are an aftermarket alternative of the genuine decals. We use the trademark logos of all 4 brands under license, but these decals are not manufactured by the brands themselves.

Can these decals be clear coated?

- Yes, if they are applied correctly, so no clear coat gets under them, then yes - they can be clear coated without problem.

I am looking for a sticker set for my bike, but I don't see it listed in the website. Is it available?

- We have listed everything we offer at the moment, so if you don't see what you are looking for, we probably don't have it. But we may have it in the near future.

I want one of the sets available, but I want it in custom colors. Is that possible?

- In every brand category you will find a "Custom color sets and universal kits" section. See there first. If you don't find what you need there, you can contact us.

I am waiting 10 days for my package and it still hasn't arrived. What is going on?

- Have you read the "SHIPPING" section in the website? The shipping period for all European countries is 10-20 days and for the rest of the world it is 15-30 days. Please remember, that the shipping process is something, that we can not control in any way.

How close are the stickers in this website, compared to the OEM ones?

- Please take a good look to our MAIN section for a detailed description of our products. The decals in this website are top quality, but they can never be absolutely identical to the OEM decals. There are always some minor differences. If you want OEM quality, better buy OEM decals. But what we guarantee, is that our decals are the best from all the aftermarket ones, that you will find anywhere. Please take a look to our "GALLERY" section and you will see that for yourself.

I have received the number of my package, but where can I track it?

- All of our packages are sent via Deutsche Post (German Post), so in most (BUT NOT ALL) countries, they can be tracked. However, sending date and arrival date can be seen in all cases.

I have found the decals I need, but I need only a couple decals, rather than a full set. Is that possible?

- Yes, if the set is big, we can part it, but to avoid any misunderstanding, you must email us a picture of the EXACT decals you need. But remember – the best price is always for a full set. And if a full set costs 50 Euro, half a set for sure will be more than 25 Euro.

Our warehouses are located inside the European Union, so the shipping period for some countries is more, than most people expect. Some people think, that a package can travel from Europe to USA (for example) for less than 10 working days, but that is just impossible. We never had any problems with lost packages, but they just don't travel as quick, as you may think.

We ship our packages using priority registered airmail, which is the fastest and the most expensive service that the posts offer. So the shipping time for all countries in Europe is between 10 and 20 days and for the rest of the world the shipping time is between 15 and 30 days. Almost all of the packages are delivered for the quickest possible time, but sometimes the posts have more work than usual (like christmas time for example), so they can travel more time than usual. But we always ship our orders within 24-48 hours.

Every priority airmail package is registered in a database (with a barcode) and it can not be lost.

We send the smallest decal sets in a letter envelope with a thick cardboard inside and the bigger sets are put between two thick pasteboards, because this prevents them from damages. However, some sets are having very long decals, so these kind of decals are sent in a hard tube.

Your decals will be shipped to the address, that you will write in your order details and not to the address you use in paypal, so make sure, that you provide your complete and correct shipping details when you are making a purchase, otherwise you will not receive your package.

After your decals have been sent, you will be notified about that and you will receive the number of your package.

Payment

The main currencies in this online shop are Euro, US dollars and British pounds, but of course you can buy our products no matter what currency you have in your Paypal account. When you make the payment, Paypal will automatically convert the currency you currently have and you will be able to pay for your order.

We can accept payments via the Paypal online payment service.  We have chosen it, because it is the safest one for our customers. By using it, you will have all the benefits and obligations, that are featured with this payment method.

No payment info, like your credit card number or your paypal data, will be stored in www.moto-sticker.com! You will need to enter such information only after you go to the Paypal homepage.

If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still make an order, because Paypal offers you the opportunity to use your credit or debit card. You will still need to go to the Paypal website, but instead of logging in, you just need to enter your credit or debit card details. Custom orders

Many people want to buy sets with custom colors, so they can individualize their bikes. That of course is absolutely not a problem - we can change every color of every decal like you want it.

So if you want something like that, please contact us to discuss all the details before placing an order. After that you can buy the regular set for your bike from the store and then leave a note about your exact wish in the special message field, that you will see just before you will be redirected to the Paypal website to complete your order.

Returns

We are always ready to help all of our customers regarding all kind of issues or questions, but sometimes there are people, who are complaining about issues, that would never happen if they have read all the sections of this site.

So please, before you buy anything from this website, take a look of all the sections in it. It will take you not more than 5 minutes to read all of them. when you do this, you will know exactly what you are buying and exactly how long it will take before it arrives to you.

- returns are accepted, but only if there is a genuine reason for that. If you have damaged the decals in any way or if you haven't purchased the right set for your bike, you can not return your decals.

- the decals should be returned within 4 days after receiving them.

- the shipping costs for returning the decals should be paid by the buyer.

- if for some reason (wrong address, not called for, etc...) the package has been returned to us, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for resending the package. In these cases returns are not accepted.

- when a return has been made, the buyer receives a full refund only after the package has been received and inspected by us.

In this website you can find the best aftermarket decals for your bike, which are as closest to the genuine ones as possible. However, the oem ones are from 4 to 8 times more expensive (depending on the country), so here is an alternative for you to get something, that looks almost identical, but it is offered for much better price. Of course these are aftermarket decals, so there will be some minor differences in the color and the shape, because the range of color vinyls available is not too big. some bikes have colors, that are impossible to match, so we just choose the closest vinyl possible. But you can be sure, that no one can offer you decals, that are closer to the OEM ones.

Our decals are not printed! They are cut from different types of self-adhesive color vinyl, so their colors will last forever. Yes - the OEM decals are printed, but they are printed on $100 000 machines, which only the big companies have. We want you to be satisfied with our product for a long time, and not just for a year. And that is exactly why we don't offer printed decals, because their colors fade much quicker. Water and sunshine can not damage our decals. You can be sure, that they will not fall or peel off after the first wash or after a few days on the sun. And that is something, that is often seen by many of the other products on the market (we have personally convinced ourselves of that).

And one other very important advantage of the aftermarket decals is that they can be clear coated. As you know, the OEM decals are on top of the clear coat of the bike, but when repainting your bike, you can put our decals under the clear coat and that will make them look even better. And most importantly – that way they will last forever!

It is not that we can not offer printed decals, it is just that we don't want to. There are only 2 negative sides of our decals – the first is that we can not make the colors fade from one to each other and the second is that the different vinyls are overlapped.

Our decals are made from the finest high quality self-adhesive vinyls and that is why we use only use two brands of vinyl – 3M and Oracal. These brands are considered as the best on the market.

Every decal that is made from more than one piece will be covered with transfer tape. This transfer tape will help you to place all the pieces of the decal to the bike perfectly. The 1-piece decals are not covered with transfer tape, because they should be applied using water and soap and in that case the transfer tape will be an obstacle. Along with every bigger set you will receive a gift - a professional squeegee, which is an irreplaceable tool for applying motorcycle graphics.
